new crt0.S (auto init of FLASH/RAM)

1. common for FLASH/RAM, auto data init
2. added optional memory_init (if needed prior to libc_init)
3. !automatically sets MEMMAP (RAM/FLASH)

Repository for LPC2xxx tree (from rtime),Bipet Robot Spejbl and CAN bus (based on lpcanvca)
