Possibly fixed the flight timer reappearing when the player loses control, and made a bunch of changes to buildFlightTimes.

Should now be better at guessing for times it doesn't know, ignore the flight point in Moonglade for non-druid players, no longer crash, and be slow as hell.

As it is called very infrequently, I don't really care speed.
