Prevent incompatible land use datasets from being combined in geogrid (#15)
In order to prevent two GEOGRID.TBL entries with different priorities
from introducing incompatible (i.e., different mminlu value) land
use datasets to a model domain, add checks in GEOGRID.TBL processing
code to compare mminlu values used across all data sources being
processed.
