The USE module_datarray line causes troubles on
Snow Leopard with pgf90.  No troubles with OSX
with g95.  Also no troubles with Linux with
pgf90 (same 10.3.0 as on Darwin), and also no
troubles on AIX/xlf.

Removing this line causes Snow Leopard pgf90
to be happy, and all of the mentioned OS/compiler
combos remain happy.

We have had troubles with the ld on Snow Leopard,
maybe this is related.
