Removed HAVE_CONFIG_H
Renamed config.h to amule-config.h to avoid confusions (I don't know any, but who knows)
I needed to adjust the denoiser.rules to remove the define from the Makefiles,
therefor I removed the check for denoiser-level > 0. Empty lines and comments can also be removed on every run.
