rewrote tests written in voodoo in antimony
This rewrites the following tests in Antimony:
test_antimony_reader
test_antimony_writer
test_blob
test_dynarry
test_list
test_stream
test_symbol
test_voodoo_translator
test_voodoo_writer
With that, we no longer need legacy_testtargets in configure,
and this change removes it.
