Fix up build system
* Removed old m4 macro files
* Remove configure script; ship a configure script at release-time, not
in RCS
* Update #includes to use <lib3ds/x> instead of <x>. This really should
be handled in configure.ac (e.g. pkg-config lib3ds --cflags?)
* Break up multi-line stuff in Makefile.in so it's readable

./autogen.sh
./configure ; make
