* elf32-s390.c (allocate_dynrelocs, elf_s390_relocate_section):
Fix WILL_CALL_FINISH_DYNAMIC_SYMBOL call.
(WILL_CALL_FINISH_DYNAMIC_SYMBOL): Pass SHARED instead of INFO.
