Bio::DB::HIV and related modules and scripts moved to their own distribution.
The entire Bio::DB::HIV namespace, the Bio::DB::Query::HIVQuery module,
and the the bp_hivq program have been moved to their own distribution
named Bio-DB-HIV.
This also drops the bioperl dependency on XML-Simple and Term-ReadLine,
and reduces our dependency on HTTP-Message.
