Revert "Merge pull request #150 from jkeenan/missing_manifest"
This reverts commit 50b84273e33dcd15233a93c80d591bb0341e119b, reversing
changes made to 651fc17a2044f20dec2c98216762cc6d4fa30a79.
We generate the MANIFEST on the fly during the Build process for a distribution. If someone really needs a MANIFEST we recommend using `./Build manifest` during the installation setup.
