BOO-981: Remove warnings from the test build by stubbing two overrides and removing an nunit property override.
Also set up the build to allow test-vs-bin (from root) and run-vs-bin (from tests), allowing "before-and-after" test result comparisons. Makes for easier visualization of regression tests (see red, see green, refactor)
