package/xenomai: introduce a BR2_PACKAGE_XENOMAI_ARCH_SUPPORTS option
Introduce BR2_PACKAGE_XENOMAI_ARCH_SUPPORTS to hold the
architectures than can build and use Xenomai on the target.
