darcs-fast-export: add darcs 2.8 compatibility
Starting with darcs 2.8, the --old-fashioned-inventory flag is no
longer supported. Use --hashed instead. Also the hash names in
changes lists no longer have the trailing '.gz' suffix, so compensate
by adding it when necessary.
