Disabling GaiaAuthFetcherIOS for the short term.
GaiaAuthFetcherIOS does not deallocate WKWebViews
when webUsage is disabled from Chrome.
Disabling this is a temporary solution until GaiaAuthFetcherIOS
has a concept of web usage.
