Add libattr.so.1 to wheezy sysroot image
Also, fix TODO by removing libgcrypt11
Also, explicitly download and use the jessie release
key when verify Release file signature. The wheezy
release file is signed with this as well as the wheezy
key and the jessie key is not in the Trusty version of
the debian-archive-keyring package yet.
