* Move remote platform creation logic from cros_browser_finders to platform.
* Move CrOSInterface from backends into platform (CrOSPlatformBackend)
* Introduce Device/CrOSDevice.
* Replace IsRunningOnCrosDevice with GetHostPlatform().GetOSName()
