Run mojo_common_unittests on Android GN.
Run the this on the main waterfall Android GN (rel) bot.

Why mojo_common_unittests over base_unittests?
- base fails 193 tests; mojo_common passed all tests.
- base takes 382 seconds; mojo_common takes 16 seconds.
- base isn't yet built; mojo_common is in mandoline:all.
