Update generate-cross-signed-certs.sh to use SHA256 instead of SHA1

The script already tries to use a SHA256 root by default (as specified
in ca.cnf) and fails because a SHA256 root isn't generated by the
script. This change makes the script run without having to set
ALGO=sha1.
