Revert Kolkata to Calcutta
Asia/Kolkata is a new tz name for Asia/Calcutta, but there's a risk of
breaking the old installation/settings. In addition, our version of
ICU might have an issue with a new name. To be safe, revert to
Asia/Calcutta for now.

TEST=Timezone UI has Asia/Calcutta.
