Update MockPeerConnectionImpl and MockPeerConnectionDependencyFactory.
- Add support for multiple observers.
- Add a way to access the PC observer from the mocked PeerConnection.
This is needed for an upcoming getStats refactoring cl which separates the RtcPeerConnectionHandler from the observer.
