Revert of Disabling TestAutosizeWithPartialAttributes on CrOS (patchset #1 id:1 of https://codereview.chromium.org/1051233003/)

Reason for revert:
This revert https://codereview.chromium.org/1058983002 seems to have fixed the issue on Linux buildbots, so it may  fix it on CrOS too.
