 Cinelerra uses hand-written XML parsing and formatting, outputting
 XML session files which are sometimes not well formed. This imposes
 problems for externally processing this XML, e.g. with python/expat.

 This patch fixes some of the notorious problems: most of the plugins
 don't close their keyframe tags, same for the labels.

 It is based on Cinelerra-SVN -r1008 and can be pulled from GIT at:
 http://scm.pipapo.org/git/cinelerra/ichthyo/#xml-cleanup
