Debian: Prefer firefox-esr and iceweasel over firefox
Otherwise, if both, firefox and firefox-esr are installed (which would
be ok for the package dependencies), the script would try to run
Firefox ≥ 57 and hence abort since that will fail.
Set urgency=high to get that fix into Debian Testing as soon as
possible.
