Move deb-mappings to ~/.config and update it automatically
The deb-mappings file is now a configuration file (see the
freedesktop.org basedir specification), so it is shared even
if you keep your feeds in different directories.
When creating a new feed, deb2zero now prompts you for the URI,
and appends the new mapping to this file.
