Added --archive-url option
This allows adding a tarball to a feed, while getting the metadata from a .deb
or .rpm. It can be useful to convert packages to tarballs so that users don't
need dpkg or rpm installed on their system to unpack them.
Also added --archive-extract to give the name of the top-level directory in the
archive.
