  10     This branch tracks the Debian unstable distribution and contains
  11     the current state of last released version of the component.

  14     This branch tracks the daily development and contains the work in
  15     progress for the next to be released version of the component. The
  16     branch is not necessarily always fast-forward, use it with caution.

  18   * debian-old-*
  19     These branches track a specific Debian stable distribution and contain
  20     the past state of the Debian packging for the respective Debian release
  21     and are otherwise not used anymore.

  24     This branch contains the pristine-tar metadata. See pristine-tar(1)
