motu: correct the calculation of the DBC field of the SIP-like ISO packet header to match the behaviour of other systems. Our previous behaviour didn't appear to upset any MOTU interfaces (so this modification hasn't changed anything in practical terms) but it's best to adhere to what's done elsewhere.
