Add "BugOpts QtDragnDropWorkaround"
This adds an option to not forward unknown ClientEvents to windows -- in the
case of Qt, this is needed for workable Drag-n-drop where Qt seems to not be
able to handle the messages in its queue as they come from XSendEvent().
