Adding code in getchanges to correctly report changes as:
- all entries as ADDED when doing slow sync
- as DELETED or MODIFIED when doing fast sync
Since there is no way say the difference between a newly added entry
from an edited one when doing a query to google server by updated
elements, I'm going to inform them all as MODIFIED.
At least, is possible to inform the deleted/cancelled entries correctly.
