- Changed BufferBlob to use a std::vector.
- Removed NewBufferBlob method.
- Made BufferBlob initially write-only, before a Finalize() makes it
read-only
- Removed BlobBuilder
This is following the discussion in google-gears-eng about CL 6248432
(I still don't agree with this single-class design, but oh well).
