Ideas. Add common method for prining (gcc-style) warnings. Use new method.

Add common method for prining (gcc-style) warnings.
* gtkdoc-mkdb.in:
Use new method. Harmonize the warnings a bit. Remember locations
symbols are taken from template files for use in warnings.
