Remove 'dash' commands and install os.* files
This commit takes care of several issues:
1) fixes bug #200, by installing the os.* files in $(PREFIX)/lib/guilt/
2) removes the ability to run 'guilt-foo' directly in favor of 'guilt foo'.
This cleans up the bin directory considerably. (The guilt-foo files are
installed in $(PREFIX)/lib/guilt/.)
