bump version number to 20091028
Beginnings of waveform calculation.
C core can compute any function of 1 or 2 variables
with 2 variables limited to the same IV for now
temporary UI for testing is a menu item that does unary minus
or binary subtract
only does the first sweep on multiple-sweep datafiles
