staging: xgifb: main: use readb()/readw() to access iomapped memory

staging: xgifb: main: use readb()/readw() to access iomapped memory

Use readb()/readw() instead of direct pointer access to read I/O mapped
memory and also add __iomem annotation.

The patch eliminates the following sparse warnings:
