OMAP: PM: warn if CONFIG_CPU_IDLE is not enabled
For MPU latency constraints to work, CONFIG_CPU_IDLE must be enabled,
since CPUIdle is where the constraints are evaluated. Warn during
compilation if CONFIG_CPU_IDLE is not defined.
