Pull squashfs updates from Phillip Lougher:
 "These patches optionally improve the multi-threading peformance of
  Squashfs by adding parallel decompression, and direct decompression
  into the page cache, eliminating an intermediate buffer (removing
  memcpy overhead and lock contention)"
