In gentran documentation, minor reorganization in hope of greater clarity.
(1) Rename subsection "Evaluation Forms" to "Gentran Evaluation Forms",
and promote it to a node/section combination. This makes the items under
that heading separate from the ones in "Gentran Option Variables".
(2) Move usefortcomplex from "Gentran Evaluation Forms" to "Gentran Option Variables".
