In package draw, revise test script to save output files for each test,
and record the draw function that was called each time.
All output files, as well as a list of output file names and associated
function calls, are saved to a subdirectory of maxima_tempdir which is
named "draw-test-nnnn" where nnnn is the process ID, as returned by GETPID.
