Updated models for DM 0.9.0:
* changed DataMapper::Persistable => DataMapper::Resource
* added explicit id property to entity classes
* replaced property types with actual class constants, instead of symbols
* commented out relationships (for the time-being), except for many-to-many
* commented out callbacks (temporarily)
* commented out validations (temporarily)
Disabled DataMapper Session Store (temporarily)
