Updated for latest dm-core changes:
* Updated and commented out use of various association
options (dm now checks for valid options).
* Commented out use of DataMapper::Types::Enum
(now removed into dm-more).
* Commented out redeclared DM::Resource in subclasses.
Specs should now, one again, run using latest dm-core.
