fixed #123: implement timeout for wait known usb device apprear
if -t is not set, wait forever
uuu -t 10 --> wait 10 seconds for a known USB device to appear. If
expires, returns with an error
uuu -t 0 --> if no known USB device is connected, immediately returns
with error code
