test-lparse: Make all tests pass fully
We know that the no-lf-terminator.log file will always have a
delta of -1, so we can build this into the test-case, thus
making all tests pass with flying colors and immediately trap
a change of behaviour by seeing when tests don't pass fully.
This should also relieve the worries some users have reported
after seeing some "non-green" tests.
