Add workaround for Maemo bug 6694
Maemo 5 doesn't allow applications to play
audio in the "Silent" profile. It only allows
certain apps to play music while in this mode.
The suggested workaround for this is to set the
application name to "FMRadio" (which is an app
that is whitelisted), which enables playback.
