Reorganize to remove DIKU specific naming
It is more beneficial to keep the MCI generic. The reorganization goes
something like this:
- Move diku_mch/ directory to mch/.
- Move diku_mcs/ files to existing mcs/ directory.
- Rename diku_{mch,mcs} binaries to remote-{mch,mcs}
- Rename MCH helper plugpiper binary to remote-mch-notify.
- Move protocols/diku_host_server/ to protocols/host_server/.
- Strip diku_ from namespaces.
- Rename default option paths to use remote- prefix instead of diku_.
- Strip diku- from configure options.
Contrib example files are updated accordingly. In addition the email
mentioned in configure was changed to remote-testbed@googlegroups.com.
