r4968: Fixes for 0compile (Thomas Leonard):
- Include rox.1 in binary package.
- Find AppInfo.xml relative to configure, not current dir.
- Remove debugging symbols to save space.
- Don't abort when trying to remove .svn directories if they don't exist.
