smbd: remove seperate flag FSP_POSIX_FLAGS_PATHNAMES
Essentially FSP_POSIX_FLAGS_OPEN implies FSP_POSIX_FLAGS_PATHNAMES, so we can
just remove FSP_POSIX_FLAGS_PATHNAMES and simplify things.
