Use separate compilation.
* configure.ac: Add a --with-oln argument and check for some Milena
headers.
* data/landscape50.ppm: Re-build in 8 bits.
* src/Makefile.am: Adjust.
* src/all.hh: New.
* src/nrg.cc (get_nrg): New.
* src/nrg_main.cc: New.
