   6   * +a - Client is an IRC Administrator.
   7     +D - Deaf - ignores all channel messages.
   8     +g - "caller id" mode allows only accepted clients to message you.
   9     +i - Designates this client 'invisible'.
  10   * +o - Designates this client is an IRC Operator.
  11          Use the /oper command to attain this.
  12   * +p - Is granted implicit channel operator status and can join any
  13          channel (regardless of bans, limits, etc).
  14     +Q - Prevents you from being affected by channel forwarding.
  15     +R - Prevents unaccepted, unidentified clients from messaging you.
  16   * +s - Can see server notices (see /quote help snomask).
  17   * +T - Listed in /stats p when not /away.
  18     +w - Can see wallops.
  19   * +z - Can see operwalls.
