Changed the way jumps are generated to avoid generating jumps to the
next instruction.
Changed the way bbs are ordered, to better exploit the above change.
Modified the display of PICOBIT objects in the debugger.
Modified picobit bignums to avoid using negative numbers. There are
probably some left, though.
