exifdiff, rdbl-picture: Add LargeFileSupport to exiftool(1)
Same thing as in commit `a7d865407433` ("datefn: Add LargeFileSupport to
exiftool(1)", 2023-03-10):
exiftool(1) doesn't support large files by default, add `-api
LargeFileSupport=1` to the `exiftool` command to fix it. More info about
